Workout 11/10/10

- Bench 5x45, 5x135, 5x185, 5x210, 5x210, 5x210, 4x210
- Squat 5x45, 5x225, 5x275, 5x300, 5x315
- Chinup 10xBW, 10xBW, 10xBW

Couldn't put up 5x5 at 210, though I fairly cleanly had 4x5 at 205 and 1x5 at 210 a few weeks ago. Augh.
