- Deadlift 5x315 (double-overhand), 3x365, 3x365
- Inverse Row 8xBW, 10xBW, 8xBW, 11xBW
Ehhh. Probably gonna bench and do chinups in a bit. Falling off the wagon kinda sucks; I go, but a methodology for squats and deadlifts is seriously necessary.
