Don't remember this well since it was a few workouts ago, but I think it went something like this:

- Press 5x45, 5x95, 5x115, 5x125, 5x125, 5x125, 5x125, 2x135
- Inverted Row 8xBW, 10xBW, 12xBW, 13xBW, 13xBW
- Pullup 10xBW, 8xBW
- Dip 20xBW
