Whoo. Not the greatest form on chinups, but putting 150 over my head twice felt good man.

Not sure if I can count that 405. Also, I mistakenly left the second stack of plates after dumping them at the end, and some guy called me out on it since a chick was picking up after me. Embarrassing.

Bench I'm just weak this week. Can't say why. Aughzone.

Some guy was impressed by the 145 pressing, which was cool. It's definitely a PR, which is even cooler. And man, Noyes is crawling with chicks at 10:00 PM on Tuesday. A little uncomfortable for a man who waits like 3-5 minutes between sets to rest.

Very disappointed with the DL form - I feel that my knees, my arms, and the bar have this weird battle that often ends badly in terms of standing up straight with the bar evenly distributed. Nonetheless, I'm unofficially calling this a 4-plate DL.

No such qualms on the bench. Hell yeah bitches.

Couldn't put up 5x5 at 210, though I fairly cleanly had 4x5 at 205 and 1x5 at 210 a few weeks ago. Augh.

Ehhh. Probably gonna bench and do chinups in a bit. Falling off the wagon kinda sucks; I go, but a methodology for squats and deadlifts is seriously necessary.

The rows are still an awkward motion but whatever - I kinda like it. My right shoulder's hurt a little during the last two times I benched, so I'm glad it's getting a bit better.

BarX refers to where I placed the pin on the power rack to hold up the barbell. I'm not sure if I have the form right for the inverted row, but I'm sick of barbell rows, and I need a horizontal pull. It really causes my back to arch a little painfully, so I'll try to be careful.

Looking forward to using this to mix up the ol' routine a lil.
