- Deadlift 5x45, 5x225, 4x315, 2x345, 1x365
- Chinup 8xBW, 8xBW
Blasted my lower body and back. Felt great. Unfortunately, the weight didn't feel great at all. Back with the much more knurled bar from summer, which I suspect of being a bit thicker, and coming off a four-week stretch of inactivity. This is gonna be a brief lifting reprisal, but hopefully it'll set me up alright before I head to the brave new world.
Looking forward to some pressing tomorrow.
