Comeback trail 1/14/11

Almost too embarrassed to post these numbers.

- Chinup 8xBW, 8xBW, 8xBW
- Dip 8xBW, 8xBW, 8xBW

Taking the weekend to heal my satisfyingly sore body and prepare for squats and bench on Monday before we get back into the game. Again, it's a short interlude in the middle of my winter, but I'm hoping it makes a satisfactory bridge between here and New York.
