Comeback trail 1/24/11

- Squat 5x45, 5x225
- Squat/Chinup 5x275/5xBW, 5x275/5xBW+5, 5x275/5xBW+10, 5x275/5xBW+15, 5x275/5xBW+25

Not a lot of stuff, but I'm feeling like I'm reentering the groove. Surprised at how high I could go in weights for the chinup. Will work with +25 as the benchmark from now on since I guess the volume really isn't taxing after having done sets of 8-12.

Probably can't do as many pullups as I'd like, but I don't really have anything else that focuses on biceps, so I think I can afford myself that luxury.

I can't remember the last time I did 5x5 squats, so this is also a victory.
