Developing some semblance of routine. Pretty psyched. On the other hand, the guy who spotted me for bench kinda sucks since he simultaneously scares the shit out of me because I don't understand his English and also tries to encourage me to do extra reps and assisted reps when I really don't want to. But I'm too scared to say no since I kinda have to yell at him and stuff and never know if we understand one another.
