Texas Volume 9/20/10

- Squat 5x45, 5x135, 5x225, 5x275, 5x275, 5x275, 5x275, 5x275
- Bench 5x45, 5x135, 5x185, 5x185, 5x185, 5x185, 5x195
- Chinup 8xBW, 8xBW, 8xBW

Something of a reset week for me. Squats felt really good. (Actually, they felt terrible, but that's the point of squats.) The bench didn't feel too great until set 4, when I suddenly decided to take a leap of faith. The 5 reps of 195 felt great; still haven't gotten up to 205 for 5 on intensity day (lolwut), but I'm closing in on it on volume day.
