- Bench 5x45, 5x135, 5x185, 4x205, 3x215
- Chinup 5xBW, 5xBW+30, 5xBW+35, 5xBW+40
- Deadlift 5x225, 3x315, 2x385
Short on time... Pretty satisfied with what little I did get done but not satisfied on the overall volume. Bleh.
