Augh, elbows hurt from the weighted chins as I increased it... I feel like my hands are too far apart on the grip. Could be bad news upcoming as the weight goes up.

Not happy about failing 240, but I'm guessing that the chins weakened me. Augh...

Not sure if picking my ass up from the bench counts as cheating. Otherwise a good day for the limited lifts I did.

As far as volume attempts go... 'epic fail' on the deadlifts. Grip is just too weak. Might need to dedicate separate gripwork in the future.

Two days off from gym is always bad news...

Short on time... Pretty satisfied with what little I did get done but not satisfied on the overall volume. Bleh.

Comeback trail 1/31/11

- Chinup 5xBW
- Bench/Chinup 5x185/5xBW+30, 5x190/5xBW+30, 5x195/5xBW+30, 4x200/5xBW+30, 3x200/5xBW+30

Not the happiest with the bench results but they're showing increase at least. I'm loving weighted chinups. Should probably consider upping volume a bit on those. Six reps instead of five or something.
