It's over! The comeback/maintenance period is over. Here's how we ended up...
- Deadlift 5x45, 5x225, 4x315, 1x385, 0.5x435, 1x435
Hell yeah bitches. Low volume means being able to go a decent amount up. Failed on that first 435 attempt, unable to straighten up and maintain the grip. I flipped the grip (left over, right under) for the second opp and nailed it, feeling fine as fuck. Then I loaded it up to 445 and was about to grip and rip when I realized I didn't want to end my trail on what would likely be a failure. Call it mental weakness, but this is a goddamn victory.

Comeback trail 3/10/11

- Dip 8xBW, 6xBW+45, 5xBW+50, 5xBW+52.5
Feels good man. No issue with the ass coming off the bench this time either. Last bench-max-effort day for a while, but I think it was a good one.

- Towel Inverted Row 7xBW, 7xBW, 7xBW
- Shoulder-Shockers 8x(25lb front raise, 15lb lateral raise, 15lb seated DB clean/half-press)
Uh oh. Not sure that I'm getting the full ROM anymore. Might do an intensity squat on Friday for luck.

Comeback trail 3/4/11
Hardly counts as comeback anymore, but I did some deadlifts...

New PR... need say very little else. Not satisfied with the effect it's having on my physique though (i.e. none). Considering going up with volume, but my new life needs to start first...

Comeback trail 3/3/11
- Bench 5x135, 3x185, 3x205, 2x235 (failed on 3), 1x245, 1x250
Despite an awful fail on my 3x235 attempt due possibly to messed up forearms, but nailed a 250 bench (arch, ass was off seat) - not sure if that's allowed or not. Still... 250. Feels good man.

- Pullup 8xBW, Towel curl 5x35, Towel row 10x35

- Chinup 9xBW, DB curl 5x35
Not a huge fan of the torque on my wrists that the curls do, but I'm hoping that they pay dividends in grip strength. Obviously a gripwork day.
