Fuck me more 12/6/10

- Squat 5x45, 5x135, 5x225, 5x275, 2x315
- Bench 5x45, 5x135, 3x185, 5x205, 2x225, 1x235
- Chinup/Inverse Row 8xBW/8xBW, 8xBW/6xBW, 8xBW.../8xBW, 5xBW
- Dip 20xBW

Got distracted and broke my rhythm explaining the last chinups thing. Also there was a hot girl who distracted me I plead innocence.

I fucking hate layoffs. But I can't just blame the layoff; my mental strength and fortitude for squats just aren't the same this semester. Feels bad man. I'm gonna work on getting presses, bench, and deadlift way the hell up and then try to rekindle the fire with the barbell on my back.
