Slower than last time despite trying a Tabata method on the rowing, and afterward, I could barely walk back to my place. Not gonna try risky shit like that again for cardio. Augh.
Bench is weaksauce. I don't know what's wrong with me. Gonna go back to real volume. Real methodology. I swear...
