20 seconds on, 10 seconds off. Off here means doing light shuffles and some bobbing and weaving, some light counterpunches.

Round 3: Shadowboxing in place - infighting, throwing combinations
Round 4: Shadowboxing in place - infighting, throwing combinations
Round 5: Pushups
Round 6: Full contact twists
Round 7: Burpees
round 8: Burpees
Murder for the breathing. The burpees especially left my legs shot.
