Augh circuit work here, too? After the typical warmup, for which I was a bit sleepy and weak, we went into medicine ball tossing, medicine ball running, medicine ball-weighted crunches, and jump ropes. Finally two rounds of mitt hits.
Not too much to say about this one. Conditioning work is where I'm worst; I'm embarrassing with the jump rope. The mitt hits weren't particularly impressive, either. Bleh.
